We will continue to offer our traditional support line, which guarantees a one to two hour response time for service calls. The advantage to Immediate Access Support is that your call will not be queued through our answering service but will be directly answered by one of our software engineers, cutting your response time and speeding your problem resolution - thereby getting production up and running faster.
