MAINTENANCE
SeayCo offers a comprehensive preventative
maintenance service to assist industrial facilities in discovering problems
before they result in costly downtime.
The basic service includes:

Physical inspection of
electrical devices which control plant processes.

Identification of controls
issues which can be adjusted to correct problems or improved to produce
reliable operation of equipment.

Identification of
mechanical issues (such as normal wear and tear, or even component problems)
which have a direct affect on the ability of the controls system to
effectively run a process.
Optional enhanced services:

Observation of processes
which could be a candidate for improvement to increase productivity.
Identify areas where production is hampered by equipment design problems or
problems related to the application of the equipment.

IR Imaging.
What is IR
Imaging? IR or Infrared images produce a heat trace image which enables the
viewer to identify heat-related problems so they can be corrected prior to
component failure.

Establish what
components within the plant the customer wishes to perform IR inspection
on.

Produce a component
checklist to be tied to the IR Imaging.

Arrange for a site
survey.

Produce digital IR
images of all components during normal operation. Cross reference each
image identifier with the component checklist. Note any components which
will not produce a useful heat trace image for diagnosis and may require
a return visit for inspection.

Off site review of
images will be performed and a “hot list” will be produced for the
customer for further action regarding those components.

A complete copy of all
IR images and the cross reference to the components will be provided on
DVD or CD to the customer.
Post survey
services:
Once SeayCo has completed the site survey and
provided the customer with the data collected, we will be able to provide a
quote for services required to correct any problems which were detected.
SeayCo can provide electrical services and
subcontract mechanical services, as well as support in-house maintenance staff.
