SeayCo has installed its Print & Apply, Print-IT, systems in many locations, utilizing numerous configurations and a variety of project scopes. The SeayCo system is a turnkey system that can be configured to handle virtually any definition of a Print & Apply process. SeayCo responds to our customers’ different requirements by integrating specialized sub-modules into one software system and then customizing the newly formed system to meet the unique requirements of each project.

Our range of Print-IT systems can scan a unique carton ID, apply labels directly to product and simultaneously check the contents of cartons. In some cases, counts are sent to the host computer for inventory purposes. The most popular Print-IT system is usually located in the shipping area of a distribution center with cartons that have unique identifiers in barcodes attached to the carton. In some instances, the printer/applicators have been replaced with ink jet printers that spray the barcode information on the side of the carton.
