 Sort-IT™ Product Sheet

Sort-IT™ is SeayCo’s PC based sortation control. A custom configured control system, Sort-IT™ is designed to control all the conveyor subsystems and the product that flows through them.

Comprised of two control levels, a lower level device control (PLC), and upper level supervisory controls (PC), the Sort-IT™ controllers interact to share information and provide a cohesive control system. This system is customized to meet your unique requirements and can be easily upgraded or revised by adding more complex sub-modules. Sort-IT™ serves as the foundation solution for all SeayCo automation systems and can be configured as a stand alone system or integrated into other systems.
